All our prices always include VAT. Prices may vary over time, and we reserve the right to change prices in connection with promotions or for any other reason. Promotional prices are generally valid for a limited time.

Should you not receive any confirmation, check your spam or you must contact us. SuccessSportswearSweden AB reserves the right to refuse the customer purchase. All orders are considered binding and false orders will be reported to the police without exception. We log IP numbers on all orders. If you have placed an order by mistake, you must contact us immediately. If an error has occurred, we will contact you before the order is sent and you have the right to cancel the order free of charge if you are not satisfied with the correction.
Unfortunately, we can not enter into agreements with minors under the age of 18 without the parent's approval by (1949: 381) Parental Code §2, §3, and §6.
Success Sportswear Sweden AB disclaims for printing errors, errors in the information, and errors in the specification, on all products in our web shop's range and specified images can not be guaranteed to reproduce the exact color, appearance, and nature.
All orders are sent with DHL. The services used are "DHL Service Point" which means that the package ends up with your nearest DHL agent. As soon as your item is on its way for delivery, you will receive an email. For some locations, other shipping options may also be available, when entering your postcode.

Success Sportswear Sweden AB delivers to several different countries. Our ambition is to send an order within one day of receiving an order. However, shipping confirmations can sometimes take 1-2 additional days. These possible delays may be caused by the freight companies we work with or an unusually high load on our warehouse. Shipping options, delivery time, and costs by selecting your country of delivery on our website or selecting the appropriate shipping options at the checkout.
After your package has been sent from our warehouse in Sweden, you will receive an email with a tracking link where you can follow your order and see when it is expected to arrive at your address. Tracking information should normally reach you no later than 2 days after the order has been placed. If you haven't received a tracking number, remember first to check your spam folder. If a few days have passed and you still haven't received your tracking information, please contact us.
Orders from the EU, EEA, EFTA (except Switzerland), Norway, and the Schengen countries usually are duty-free. For international deliveries, however, customs duties and handling fees may apply, and we recommend international customers to be prepared for this. Success Sportswear Sweden AB has no control over these fees and does not know how much the costs can be. If you have any questions about this, please contact your local customs office for more information.
We send a return shipping note in each package. If you choose to use it, we will charge you 20 EUR in return for shipping. The sum is deducted from the return amount at Klarna.
We are responsible for damage to your products or lost goods before you have received your package. It is therefore important that you check the packaging when you receive your package. If your package is damaged in any way when you receive it, you must photograph the package and report the transport damage to us. The agent must note on his, and your copy of the consignment note that your package was damaged upon delivery and then you can sign during receipt. Complaints about transport damage must be made as soon as possible but no later than one month from the time of delivery. You report transport damage to our customer service by emailing email@example.com.
If an item is not in stock, we will contact you by email.
If the package has not been picked up within 14 days, the package will be sent back to Success Sportswear Sweden AB. In the case of an uncollected parcel agent, SEK 89 is charged in return for shipping and SEK 120 for handling costs, i.e. a total of SEK 209 including VAT. This is to cover shipping costs, inventory management, and administration. According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to uncollected packages.
Uncollected parcels from agents or undelivered home delivery do not count as a return.
We always offer a 30-day full right of return from the time your item is delivered to you. However, the product must be unused and in the same good condition as when you received it. The product must be in its packaging, with all labels and labels left. If this is not met, we will not approve the return. A refund will be made after we have received the item and always within 14 days in the same way as you paid.
However, Success Sportswear Sweden AB does not work with free return shipping. See above; we want to work for sustainable consumption through our recycled products. We believe that free returns do not benefit sustainable consumption. However, we understand that it can be wrong, and we have created smooth return management. All packages contain a return shipping note used to return the product via your nearest DHL service point.
We do not handle exchanges, but you need to return the item that did not fit and receive a refund of the amount and can at the same time make a new order of the right size or model.
If you have received a defective or completely incorrect product from Success Sportswear Sweden AB, you must immediately contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Always send a description of the error in the text and attach a picture. Also, include the order number and name. After an approved complaint, we will refund the entire amount to you, including shipping, or if you wish to receive a new product.
