Upon ordering, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you don’t receive it for one reason or another, it may have ended up in your junk mail. Please check before contacting our customer service, who will be happy to help.
Change an order
If your order is placed and our fast employees at the warehouse have already handled it, it is limited whether we can change it. If you contact customer service before the order is dealt with, we will do everything possible to help you.
Deliveries from SXS
We will take care of your order within 24 hours, and typically your order will be delivered within 1-3 days throughout Sweden. You can always see different available shipping options in the shopping cart, the cost of these, and estimated delivery time. After your package is sent, you will receive an email with information about your package and a tracking link. Don't forget to check spam if you haven't received a message from us. In the case of uncollected shipment, we charge a handling fee.
Returns, exchanges, and complaints
SXS does not work with free returns, we want through our recycled products to promote sustainable consumption, and we believe that free returns do not promote sustainable consumption. However, we understand that there may be errors, and we have created smooth return management. There is a return label in all packages used to return the product via your nearest DHL service point.
We always offer 30 days full return right from the time your item is delivered to you. However, the product should be unused and in the same good condition as when you received it. The product must be in its packaging, with all the notes and labels left. If this is not met, we do not accept the return. Refunds will be made after receiving the item and always within 14 days in the same way as you paid.
We do not handle the replacements, but you need to return the item that did not fit and get a refund on the amount and can at the same time place a new order on the right size or model.
In the unlikely event that you have received a defective or completely defective product from SXS, please contact customer service immediately. Always send a description of the error in the text and attach a picture. Also, include order number and name. Upon approval of the complaint, we will refund the full amount to you or if you wish to receive a new product.
Personal data and customer consent
Processed personal data and SXS use SXS stores the personal data the Customer provides to SXS when the Customer orders goods and services, including, among other things, name, address, and further contact details, as well as information about credit cards and other means of payment.
SXS uses the personal data when registering the Customer as a customer, receiving the order, delivery, invoicing, and information, and marketing to the extent that the Customer has not declined marketing. If applicable, we use profiling. Profiling means in SXS's case that SXS collects data from the Customer’s purchases and how the Customer behaved during the visit to one of SXS' websites to analyze the Customer's buying patterns and behaviors. Personal data may be disclosed for processing on behalf of SXS through a so-called data processor. In such a case, a written agreement will be drawn up to regulate the data processor's handling of the personal data, and the processor will not be entitled to use the personal data for purposes other than to perform the tasks the data processor has undertaken against SXS.

SXS uses the Customer's data to administer orders for goods or services and fulfil the obligations and take advantage of the rights arising from an order. The data are also used for the marketing of SXS and its goods and services.
SXS stores personal data as long as the Customer is a customer of SXS and – provided that the Customer does not request that the personal data be deleted earlier.
Legal basis for the processing of personal data
SXS processes the personal data provided on the legal basis that it is necessary to comply with the parties' agreements. SXS also has the right to process the Customer's address and other contact details for marketing purposes based on a balance of interests, where SXS does not consider that its interest in marketing its products and services outweighs the Customer's interest in privacy. Customer's access to personal data as well as requests for restriction of processing, rectification, etc. The customer has the right to contact SXS to obtain information about which personal data about the Customer is processed by SXS, which is done by contacting SXS through our customer service. Furthermore, the Customer has the right to request that personal data be corrected or deleted or that the processing of personal data be restricted (for example, by not being used in SXS marketing or for profiling) or for a complete termination (if the processing takes place after a balance of interests). The Customer also has the right to request the porting of personal data provided by the Customer himself and processed by SXS based on the Customer's consent or to fulfil the Customer’s agreement.
However, the Customer is aware that a request for the removal of data or limitation of the processing of personal data may result in the Customer's ability to use SXS services may be limited or completely lost.
